What these tools are

Every calculator on this site, and Roofing Estimate Pro itself, is a planning and estimating aid. Every number these tools produce depends entirely on the measurements, prices, waste rates, and other assumptions you provide. These tools do not measure your roof, verify a supplier's price, or inspect a jobsite -- they calculate from whatever you enter.

Not professional advice

Nothing produced by this application is engineering, structural, legal, tax, or other professional roofing advice. It does not replace a licensed contractor's inspection, a structural engineer's assessment, a tax professional's guidance, or your own compliance review of local building codes and permitting requirements.
